How we handle your data.
BaigOps is an AI automation studio. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who else is involved, and how to ask us to change or delete it. We keep it short on purpose; if anything is unclear, write to us and we will answer plainly.
What we collect
- Details you give us. Your name and work email when you request the technical brief, and the name, email and any notes you enter when you book a strategy call.
- Advertising measurement. Our pages load the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies so we can tell whether a visit came from one of our ads and whether it led to a booking. We may also enable the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for the same purpose.
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To send you the brief you asked for and to follow up about working together.
- To schedule and prepare for the strategy call you booked.
- To measure which advertising works and to keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who else is involved
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Calendly handles call bookings; the booking form on our site is a Calendly embed.
- FormSubmit delivers technical-brief requests to our inbox.
- Google (Google Ads) and, when enabled, Meta and LinkedIn provide advertising measurement. Each runs under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and opting out
The only cookies we set come from the advertising tags above. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, adjust ad personalisation at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many ad networks at once through YourAdChoices. The site works fully without them.
How long we keep it
Contact details stay in our inbox and calendar for as long as we are in touch about a potential or active engagement, and are deleted on request. Advertising cookies expire on the schedules set by each provider.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, at any time. Email reach@getbaigops.com and we will respond within a few working days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honour them.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
