Your calls, texts and CRM — finally speaking the same language.
BaigOps builds custom Twilio systems wired into whatever CRM you run: AI voice and IVR call flows, two-way SMS and WhatsApp automation, call routing with transcription, and the compliance plumbing that makes it all deliver. Every conversation logged. Nothing typed twice.
The leak isn't your marketing. It's your plumbing.
Most growing businesses don't have a lead problem — they have a leak. Calls ring out after hours. A missed call never gets a text back. The front desk answers, but nothing gets written down. Texts live in someone's personal phone. The CRM shows a contact record that ends three weeks ago, mid-deal. Every one of those gaps is revenue quietly walking to a competitor who simply answered.
BaigOps closes the gaps with code, not headcount. We build on Twilio — the same telephony infrastructure behind Uber's and Airbnb's messaging — and wire it directly into your CRM, whichever one you run. We're deliberately CRM-agnostic: mainstream platforms, vertical-specific systems, or the homegrown database your operation actually lives in. The system meets your data where it is.
What we build.
- AI voice agents & IVR call flows. Inbound calls answered in natural language, callers qualified and routed, appointments booked — or classic press-1 IVR menus rebuilt to be fast instead of infuriating.
- Two-way SMS & WhatsApp automation. Missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, lead follow-up drips, review requests, reorder nudges — conversational, not blast-y, with human takeover any time.
- Call routing, recording & transcription. Tracking numbers per campaign, smart routing to the right person by time, skill or territory, every call recorded, transcribed, summarized and filed.
- CRM integration & automation. Every call, text and voicemail logged to the right contact automatically. Pipelines advanced by real activity, follow-up tasks created, stale deals flagged — no more swivel-chair data entry.
- CRM migrations & custom builds. Outgrown your spreadsheet or your legacy system? We migrate the data cleanly, dedupe it on the way, and build the custom fields, views and reports your workflow actually needs.
- The full comms stack. Number provisioning and porting, A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, opt-in/opt-out compliance, delivery monitoring — the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether your messages arrive at all.
Own the system. Own the relationship.
Everything is built inside your Twilio account and your CRM. You own the phone numbers, the message history, the code and the vendor relationships — usage bills at Twilio's wholesale rates (roughly a cent per text or voice minute in the US), not through a markup layer. If we ever part ways, everything keeps running and everything stays yours.
Where this pays for itself.
Real estate teams
Missed-call text-back on every listing number, lead routing by territory, showing reminders, and every conversation on the contact record before the agent hangs up.
Home services
After-hours calls answered and booked, technicians dispatched by text, "on my way" notifications, review requests after every completed job.
Hotels & hospitality
Reservation lines that never ring out, WhatsApp concierge for guests, pre-arrival upsells and post-stay review flows in the guest's language.
Clinics & practices
Appointment reminders that actually cut no-shows, waitlist backfill by text, intake collected before the visit, recall campaigns for overdue patients.
E-commerce & DTC
Order and shipping updates by SMS, back-in-stock alerts, abandoned-cart texts that convert, and support conversations logged to the customer record.
Agencies & multi-location
Tracking numbers per location or campaign, centralized routing and reporting, one CRM view of every conversation across every branch.
How a build runs.
1. Map the leak (week 1)
We trace how a call, a text and a lead actually move through your business today — where they land, where they stall, where they vanish. The output is a written spec of the flows we'll build, which you can challenge before anything ships.
2. Wire the rails (weeks 1–2)
Numbers provisioned or ported, compliance registration filed, Twilio wired to your CRM. The plumbing goes in quietly, alongside your existing setup — nothing breaks while we build.
3. Build the flows (weeks 2–4)
Call flows, text sequences, routing rules and CRM automations built and tested against real scenarios. You watch it run on live traffic in a controlled slice before it takes over.
4. Tend it
Carriers change filtering rules, your business changes shape, edge cases surface. We monitor, maintain and extend the system on a light retainer — or hand it over fully documented if you'd rather run it in-house.
Frequently asked questions.
Do we have to switch CRMs to work with you?
No. BaigOps is deliberately CRM-agnostic. We build on top of whatever you already run — mainstream platforms, industry-specific systems, or a homegrown database — and if you do want to migrate, we handle the migration as part of the build.
Can you use our existing phone numbers?
Yes. Numbers can be ported to Twilio, or SMS-enabled in place using hosted messaging, so your customers keep dialing and texting the numbers they already know.
What about A2P 10DLC compliance for business texting?
We handle it end-to-end: brand and campaign registration, opt-in and opt-out flows, quiet hours, and message throughput tuning — so your SMS actually delivers instead of being filtered by carriers.
How is this different from connecting things with Zapier?
Off-the-shelf connectors are fine for simple triggers, but they break down on real call flows: multi-step IVR logic, conditional routing, transcription pipelines, retries, and compliance. We write and own production code on Twilio's APIs, and you own it after us — no per-task fees, no duct tape.
What does Twilio usage cost?
Twilio bills usage directly to your own account — typically around a cent per SMS and per voice minute in the US. We build in your Twilio account, so you own the numbers, the data, and the vendor relationship. Our quote covers the build and ongoing care, in writing, within a week of the call.
How long does a build take?
Focused systems — missed-call text-back, an IVR rebuild, a CRM sync — go live in 1 to 3 weeks. Full communication stacks with AI voice, SMS campaigns and CRM automation typically land in 3 to 6 weeks.
