Computer vision services that scale with your operation
BaigOps designs, trains, deploys and maintains computer vision systems: object detection, image segmentation, OCR, visual inspection and video analytics. Calibrated on your own footage, running on edge or cloud, writing results into the tools you already use.
Grow the operation without growing the watching
People cannot watch every camera, read every document or check every unit. A vision system can, and it costs about the same to run on the hundredth camera as on the first.
One model, every camera
Train once on your environment, then roll the same model out across lines, stores or sites. Each new location is a deployment, and the standard it applies stays identical.
People handle the exceptions
The routine cases are handled by the system. Your team sees only the ones it flags, with the frame and the reason attached.
The night shift is covered
The system watches at 3 a.m. with the same attention as at 3 p.m., on weekends and holidays, without overtime.
Every detection becomes a record
Counts, alerts and extracted fields land in the ERP, CRM or dashboard you already run, so volume grows without a growing pile of re-typing.
Where it gets used
Six operations where computer vision takes a job that grows with the business and makes it run flat.
Retail
Audit every aisle in every store, every day. Stockouts, planogram gaps and footfall are counted from the cameras already on the ceiling.
Read the retail playbookManufacturing
Check every unit at line speed. Adding a second line or a third shift means adding a camera, and the inspection standard stays the same.
See visual inspectionLogistics & warehousing
Read labels, count pallets and watch dock doors across every site from one place, with each event written to the system your team already uses.
See the serviceConstruction & industrial
Hard hats, hi-vis and restricted zones checked on every camera, all day. Supervisors get an alert when something is wrong.
See safety monitoringAccounting & back office
Invoices, IDs and contracts read into structured fields. Month-end volume goes up and the team reviews only the documents the system is unsure about.
Read the accounting playbookHospitality & venues
Queue length, table turnover and capacity measured continuously across every location, so staffing follows what is actually happening.
Read the hospitality playbookWhat our computer vision services cover
Six kinds of work. Most projects combine two or three of them.
Object detection & tracking
Find and follow people, vehicles, products and packages in images and live video, with counts and events written to your systems.
02Image segmentation
Pixel-level outlines for measurement and mapping: surfaces, damage areas, and structures in medical, aerial and scientific imagery.
03OCR & document extraction
Invoices, IDs, contracts, receipts and forms read into structured fields and posted where they belong.
04Visual inspection
Defect and quality checks at line speed, with annotated alerts and a record of every decision.
05Video analytics
Queue length, footfall, dwell time, shelf compliance, PPE and restricted-zone monitoring on the cameras you already have.
06Training, optimisation & deployment
Data collection and labelling, benchmarking on your data, then deployment to edge devices or cloud with drift monitoring.
Computer vision development, start to finish
One team handles the consulting, the development and the upkeep, so the people who scope the system are the people who build it.
Define the task
What counts as a positive, what counts as a negative, which edge cases matter, and what false-alarm rate the operation can live with.
Collect & label
Real footage and documents from your environment, labelled by us or by your team, with a held-out test set you can audit.
Train & benchmark
Candidate models compared on your data. The one that meets the accuracy bar at acceptable speed wins.
Deploy & maintain
Edge or cloud, wired into your streams, alerts and dashboards. We monitor drift and retrain as conditions change.

Frequently asked questions
What are computer vision services?
Computer vision services cover the work of getting software to read images and video for a business: defining the task, collecting and labelling data, training or adapting a model, deploying it on edge devices or in the cloud, connecting it to the systems that act on the result, and maintaining it as conditions change.
Is this computer vision development or computer vision consulting?
Both, in that order of emphasis. We advise on whether a vision system is the right tool and which model family fits, but the main deliverable is a working system in production, built and maintained by the same engineers.
Can you work with our existing cameras and scanners?
Yes. We integrate with most IP cameras, RTSP and ONVIF streams, USB cameras and document scanners, so a project rarely starts with buying new hardware.
How much data do we need to start?
Less than most teams expect for a first prototype. Foundation vision models can be tried on a handful of your own images before any data collection is committed. A production model usually needs labelled examples from your real environment, and we build a held-out test set you can audit.
Does it run on the edge or in the cloud?
Either. Edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson or Coral suit low-latency or offline sites. AWS, GCP or Azure suit scale and centralised analytics. The choice follows latency, connectivity and privacy requirements.
How long does a computer vision project take?
A first prototype usually takes about a week. A production deployment typically takes four to eight weeks, depending on data collection, model complexity and the number of devices to provision.
Who owns the model and the data?
You do. The data, the labels, the trained model and the code are handed over, and the system runs in accounts you control.
Have cameras or documents? Let's make them useful.
A 30-minute strategy call with a principal engineer. We scope the vision system and quote it in writing within a week. Founding clients get the first prototype free.
