AI automation agency

An AI automation agency that ships working systems, not slide decks.

BaigOps designs, builds and maintains production AI for the business you run: voice agents that answer and dial, chatbots that take action, CRM and workflow automation, computer vision and custom AI engineering. Senior engineers from first call to production, and a working prototype free for founding clients.

What an AI automation agency actually does.

A software vendor sells you a tool and leaves you to fit it. An AI automation agency starts from the bottleneck in your operation, designs a system around your data and the tools you already use, builds it, proves it on real work, and stays responsible for it once it is live. At BaigOps that work is organised into three offers.

01

AI Sales Automation

Turn leads into conversations, and conversations into appointments.

  • Voice agent answers and dials, 24/7
  • SMS and WhatsApp follow-up that never forgets
  • Lead qualification and scoring
  • Appointment booking on your calendar
  • Every call logged and attributed in the CRM

02

AI Customer Operations

Support, intake and the back office, handled by AI and checked by your team.

  • Chat agents trained on your docs, taking action
  • Document processing: invoices, IDs, contracts
  • Ticket triage with human escalation
  • Call quality and script compliance scoring
  • Exceptions flagged before they cost money

Custom AI Engineering

When the workflow doesn't fit a product, we build the system.

  • Agentic workflows with tool use
  • Internal copilots in Slack over CRM, email, docs
  • Computer vision and anomaly detection
  • Generative video and content engines
  • Evals, guardrails, monitoring from day one

AI automation, by whatever name.

Intelligent automation, AI workflow automation, AI process automation, AI agents, hyperautomation: the names differ and the work is the same. So do the labels for who does it. Whether you are looking for an AI automation company, an AI automation consultant, or AI automation services and solutions, this is the page. If the vocabulary is new, start with what AI automation is.

Frequently asked questions.

What is an AI automation agency?

A specialist engineering firm that designs, builds and maintains AI systems that do real work inside a business: answering and making calls, following up leads, processing documents, monitoring cameras and feeds, and running multi-step workflows across the tools you already use. Unlike a software vendor, an agency delivers a system fitted to your data, tools and process, and stays responsible for it in production.

How much does an AI automation agency cost?

We work in three shapes: a two-week paid discovery sprint, a fixed-scope build shipped in four to twelve weeks, and an ongoing monthly partnership. Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed-fee commercial quoted within a week. Founding clients get a working prototype on their own data free, before any commercial conversation begins. The cost guide explains what drives the number.

How long does it take?

A working prototype usually takes about a week. A full production build ships in four to twelve weeks depending on integrations, data and compliance requirements, with evaluations and a handover included.

Do we have to change our CRM or the tools we already use?

No. We wire AI into whatever you already run: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Podio, Twilio, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and any system with an API. Replacing tools is almost never the right first move.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. Systems run in your accounts, on your numbers and your CRM, and the code is handed over. If the engagement ends, everything keeps running and stays yours.

Agency, freelancer, or build in-house?

A freelancer suits a single small integration. An in-house team suits a company whose product is the AI. An agency suits a company that needs a production system fitted to its operations, delivered by senior engineers, without carrying a full-time machine-learning team on payroll. The comparison guide goes deeper.

Is an AI automation agency the same as an AI automation company or consultant?

The labels overlap. An AI automation agency, an AI automation company and a firm offering AI automation services or solutions usually describe the same thing: a team that designs, builds and maintains the system. A consultant more often advises and writes the plan. BaigOps does the build and stays responsible for it in production.

What is AI automation, and what else is it called?

AI automation is software in which an AI model does a piece of real work without a person driving each step. It is also called intelligent automation, AI workflow automation, AI process automation, hyperautomation, or, when the model chooses its own steps, AI agents. We explain each term in what is AI automation.
